Geis will position the property for maximum exposure within budget parameters including marketing and advertising through creative, content driven marketing initiatives, including print (brochures), property website and online advertising.
LEASING & LEASE RENEWALS
Geis will manage the pre-leasing, on-going leasing and the lease renewal process for all Residents. Leasing services include, but are not limited to: managing prospect leads, touring qualified leads, screening applicants and the preparation of leases/addendums.
Geis has established partnerships with the top vendors in the multifamily housing industry. We will manage your asset as if it is our own and carefully coordinate all facility related issues that may arise.
FLOOR PLAN & DESIGN REVIEW
Geis will work hand-in-hand with your architects and designer to ensure that the floor plans and overall design elements are in line with what today’s apartment renter is looking for in their new apartment home.
BUILDING ENGINEER & MAINTENANCE
Seasoned and professional Building Engineer’s will be onsite to complete resident and building service requests, provide overall facility management and perform preventative maintenance to ensure asset protection.
Industry housekeeping professionals will be onsite to ensure the property is at its best by performing cleaning services to all common areas, including fitness center, gathering rooms, building entrances, residents hallways, outdoor spaces and attached parking garages
COLLECTION OF RENT/EVICTIONS
Residents will have a secure portal to view rental statements and submit monthly rental payments. Geis will manage monthly collections and eviction proceedings (if necessary).
BUDGET & FINANCIAL
Upon hiring for management services, Geis will provide ownership with a detailed yearly operating budget specific to your property. Geis will also provide financial report quarterly or upon request.
